Wedding rentals

Wedding rentals that look like you chose every piece.

A wedding asks for a lot of objects for one day: welcome table, ceremony backdrop, forty bud vases, candles for every table. Renting the pieces means you can have the look without storing, selling or paying for it afterward. Start with the welcome table and work outward.

A few tips

Planning a wedding

  • 01

    Start with the welcome table

It is the first thing guests see and the cheapest place to look expensive. A linen cloth, a sign on an easel and a row of bud vases does the job.

  • 02

Repeat small pieces, skip the big ones

Twelve bud vases look more designed than two large arrangements, and they are easier to move after the ceremony.

  • 03

Order extras of the small things

Napkins, rings and candlesticks go missing at weddings. Add five percent to every small piece.

Wedding rental questions

How far ahead should I book wedding rentals?

For Saturdays in spring and fall, three to four months ahead is safe. Smaller events and weekdays can often be reserved a few weeks out.

Can you deliver to the venue?

Yes. We deliver to most venues within our service area and coordinate with your planner or venue manager on timing and access.

Do you offer setup for weddings?

Standard delivery places pieces where you point. White-glove setup and teardown are available for weddings over 75 guests; ask for a quote.
