Delivery, pickup and care

Delivery

Fragile decor is wrapped and boxed. Larger pieces such as arches arrive disassembled with a short guide.

Pickup

For large pieces we recommend a vehicle with a flat cargo area; fragile decor is boxed for you.

Rental period

Pieces go out the day before your event and come back the day after (3 days total).

Cleaning

Wipe off dust and candle wax if you can. Do not wash decor; we handle the rest. Linens come back rinsed of food, not washed. We launder them. Hard goods just need a quick wipe.

Damage policy

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Breakage, stains that do not wash out and missing pieces are billed at the replacement cost listed on the item. Replacement value for this piece: $640.
