Delivery, pickup and care

Delivery

Hard goods arrive crated or padded in labeled bins. Count them on delivery and tell us if anything looks off.

Pickup

Pickup in the original bins. Please rinse off food and keep pieces separated in their dividers.

Rental period

Pieces go out the day before your event and come back the day after (3 days total).

Cleaning

A quick wipe or rinse is enough. We wash and sanitize every hard good before it goes back out. Linens come back rinsed of food, not washed. We launder them. Hard goods just need a quick wipe.

Damage policy

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Breakage, stains that do not wash out and missing pieces are billed at the replacement cost listed on the item. Replacement value for this piece: $110.
