Delivery
Linens arrive folded flat in sealed bags, pressed and ready to lay.
Pickup
Pickup in sealed bags. Bring a clean bag for the return if you have one.
Cleaning
Rinse food off if you can, then return them damp or dry in the bag. We launder everything.
Linens questions
Are linens clean when they arrive?
Yes. Every linen is professionally laundered, pressed and folded flat before each rental. We also check each one for stains and snags before it goes out.
What if I spill wine on a tablecloth?
Normal spills are expected. Rinse with cool water, do not scrub, and send it back as is. Only permanent stains, burns and tears are billed as damage, and we will tell you before charging anything.
Can I get tablecloths in a custom length?
Our listed sizes cover most tables. If you have an unusual table, tell us the dimensions and we will match the closest cloth or suggest an overlay to hide the gap.
