Specialty Linens questions
What is a table overlay?
An overlay is a smaller or decorative cloth laid over a main tablecloth. It adds texture or shimmer without replacing the cloth underneath, and it lets you reuse a neutral base across several tables.
Are linens clean when they arrive?
Yes. Every linen is professionally laundered, pressed and folded flat before each rental. We also check each one for stains and snags before it goes out.
What if I spill wine on a tablecloth?
Normal spills are expected. Rinse with cool water, do not scrub, and send it back as is. Only permanent stains, burns and tears are billed as damage, and we will tell you before charging anything.
