How many napkins should I order?
For a seated dinner with several courses, 1.5 to 2 per guest. For a cocktail party, 2 to 3 per guest. For a buffet, count one per guest plus 20 percent. We would rather you have extras than watch a guest hunt for one.
Are linens clean when they arrive?
Yes. Every linen is professionally laundered, pressed and folded flat before each rental. We also check each one for stains and snags before it goes out.
What if I spill wine on a tablecloth?
Normal spills are expected. Rinse with cool water, do not scrub, and send it back as is. Only permanent stains, burns and tears are billed as damage, and we will tell you before charging anything.
