Fragile decor is wrapped and boxed. Larger pieces such as arches arrive disassembled with a short guide.
Pickup
For large pieces we recommend a vehicle with a flat cargo area; fragile decor is boxed for you.
Cleaning
Wipe off dust and candle wax if you can. Do not wash decor; we handle the rest.

Can decor be mixed across different events?
Absolutely. Everything in our catalog is chosen to work with the rest: warm neutrals, brass, natural wood and muted sage. Mix freely, and if you want a second opinion, ask us.
Do you offer setup and styling?
Standard delivery places items in the first room or area you specify. White-glove setup and styling are available for larger events; ask for a quote.
What about open flame at venues?
Many venues restrict open flames. We offer flameless tapers and pillars for those cases, and can confirm what a venue allows before you finalize your order.
