Delivery
Hard goods arrive crated or padded in labeled bins. Count them on delivery and tell us if anything looks off.
Pickup
Pickup in the original bins. Please rinse off food and keep pieces separated in their dividers.
Cleaning
A quick wipe or rinse is enough. We wash and sanitize every hard good before it goes back out.

Do you rent plates and glassware?
Our focus is the pieces that make a table look considered: chargers, serving pieces, drink service and decor. We can recommend rental partners for dinnerware and glassware, or work with your caterer.
Are tabletop pieces cleaned before each rental?
Yes. Every hard good is washed and inspected between events. Please rinse off food and return items in the supplied bins.
What counts as damage on tabletop items?
Chips, cracks, bent metal and broken glass count as damage. Normal wear, a few light scratches and small scuffs do not. The replacement cost for each item is shown on its page.
