Before you reserve
How far ahead should I reserve?
For weekend dates in spring, fall and December, reserve three to six weeks ahead. Smaller orders and weekdays can often be reserved within a week.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $75 before delivery. We can sometimes make exceptions for pickup. (Placeholder terms, to be confirmed.)
How do I reserve?
Add pieces to an Event List, then send a reservation request on the Reserve page. We confirm availability by email or text within one business day. Nothing is charged online yet.
Can I change my order?
Free changes and cancellations up to 14 days before your event. Within 14 days we keep a 25 percent holding fee. Within 3 days, 50 percent.
