Delivery, pickup and care

Delivery

Entertainment pieces are delivered and set up by our crew, with a five-minute demo.

Pickup

Larger items such as casino tables are delivery only. Small items can be picked up.

Rental period

Pieces go out the day before your event and come back the day after (3 days total).

Cleaning

Wipe down surfaces and empty food machines. We handle the deep clean. Linens come back rinsed of food, not washed. We launder them. Hard goods just need a quick wipe.

Damage policy

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Breakage, stains that do not wash out and missing pieces are billed at the replacement cost listed on the item. Replacement value for this piece: $420.
