Delivery, pickup and care

Delivery

Florals are boxed upright and delivered by hand to the room you name.

Pickup

For pickup, bring a vehicle with space to carry arrangements upright. We pack them for you.

Rental period

Pieces go out the day before your event and come back the day after (3 days total).

Cleaning

No cleaning needed. Please do not water or spray the stems. Linens come back rinsed of food, not washed. We launder them. Hard goods just need a quick wipe.

Damage policy

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Breakage, stains that do not wash out and missing pieces are billed at the replacement cost listed on the item. Replacement value for this piece: $160.
